All types of contributions require an abstract according to the guidelines below. At the time of abstract submission, the authors will be asked to express their preference about the wished type of contribution. However, the reviewing committee will make the final decision.
Scientific and technical papers will also include an oral presentation.
Posters will be shortly presented by the authors during the plenary sessions and will also be visited by the attendees during the coffee brakes. Option to also submit Technical or Scientific paper. Posters will not be peer-reviewed. All poster submitted electronically by November 1st to info at icsc2014 dot eu will be published on the on-line conference proceeding.
Selected scientific papers from the conference will be published on a Special Issue of the Safety Science journal.
Guidelines:
Abstracts should follow the guidelines in this template (zip file).
Scientific papers should follow the guidelines in this template (zip file). Scientific papers should include novel results acquired in a scientific fashion and discussed in relation to the existing scientific literature.
Technical papers should follow the guidelines in this template (zip file). Technical papers are intended to present projects and ideas which are not necessarily scientific or have not come to scientific results yet.
Poster should not exceed an A0 and must be printed portrait.
It will also be possible to give a short oral presentation without submitting a paper. This type of contribution is intended to favor participation from the non-researchers community.
Submission:
Here you submit your final revised paper and/or poster for inclusion in the conference proceedings. If you have both a paper and a poster please submit both in the same form.
Hard submission deadline is November 1st, 2014. After this date we do not guarantee that your contribution will be included in the proceedings.
